This is my first time calling Stuart Plumbing. A very professional, polite, and kind woman named Marina answered. She listened to my description in layman’s terms and summarized the problem for me. She scheduled an appointment for the guys to come out and explained to me some possible scenarios. I asked her if she was an owner or family member and she said no, but she has worked for other plumbing companies. I called several plumbers in our area but did not schedule. They were not rude or unkind, but Marina went above and beyond for the entire call! BTW, I have never spoken to her before today! I’ll post again after the job is complete. The techs were so wonderful and the owner JR even called me after hours when there was still a problem and came out personally to see what was going on. Stuart Plumbing took my call and had a plumber here in less than an hour on a Friday afternoon . They gave me a quote upon arrival and even though it took over two hours to fix the problem which was much more complicated than it originally appeared they honored the quoted price. I would definitely use them again.

Ethan showed up on time, fully prepared for the job.  In a matter of minutes, he figured out the problem and fixed like a Pro!  This is the 4th or 5th time we’ve used Stuart Plumbing, and we highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

So thankful for this company. My outside water hose pipe decided to break today and I called in a panic. They were out to my house in just a few hours, looked at all the possible options, and then started work. All of the staff was great and just a few hours later my service tech got the new pipe installed and I had water again! Very great duo they came out so quickly and did a great job. This was a major leak so I had a bit of additional work that needed to be done but it was completed in a few hours and I was able to use the water immediately.

Needed a emergency septic pump out. Office staff was prompt and friendly. They were able to get someone out that day. Nick was great. Helpful and informative.

I’ve always said it’s a full-time job getting people to do theirs in this town! But these guys! They call, text before they show up, they are on time or early, they do great work, and are true professionals. They say what they do, and they do what they say! How refreshing.
